Oui, Cachalabibi peut, à titre exceptionnel, personnaliser certains articles selon vos préférences.

Who will deliver my package?
In metropolitan France as well as internationally, parcels are generally delivered by Mondial Relay and La Poste Colissimo.

Can I use a different delivery address and billing address?
Yes. Simply provide these two addresses during the ordering process.

What are the typical delivery times for your products, and do they vary depending on the destination?
Mondial Relay makes every effort to deliver parcels within an average of 2 to 5 working days from collection for delivery to a Relay Point® or Locker in metropolitan France.
For home deliveries, the average delivery time is 2 to 5 working days from the date the package is picked up.
Similarly, for international deliveries to Relay Point® or to your home (first presentation of the parcel), Mondial Relay will do everything possible to deliver parcels within an average of 4 to 8 working days depending on the destination.

Can I deliver an order to multiple different addresses?
Yes, it is possible to deliver an order to several different addresses, but only by placing several separate orders.
Indeed, a single order cannot be split and delivered to multiple addresses.
If you wish to send products to different recipients or multiple locations, you will need to create a separate order for each delivery address.

Are there delivery charges and if so, how are they calculated?
Delivery charges are €7.90 for mainland France and for any purchase priced below €79.00.
All shipping rates are communicated to you at the time of order placement when you proceed to payment for your purchase.

Are there any conditions for free delivery?
Free delivery is offered with a minimum purchase of €79.00 for mainland France.

Do you accept returns?
Yes, Cachalabibi accepts returns under certain conditions.

Return shipping costs and refunds
The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Cachalabibi will issue a full refund of the purchase price if the returned item does not meet the following conditions:

• No odor ( perfume, perspiration, cigarettes, cleaning products, etc. ).
• No damage ( pulled thread, stain, burn, makeup and foundation etc. ).

The withdrawal letter must meet strict formal requirements.
It is particularly essential to respect the 14-day deadline starting from:

• upon receipt of the item ordered online;
• upon receipt of the last item in a batch ordered online;

Don't just fill out the withdrawal form available online in online stores.
Send your withdrawal letter by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt: the postmark will serve as proof, demonstrating compliance with the withdrawal period.
